This is usually caused by folders not being subscribed to or not synced. Right-click your IMAP account in the Mail navigation pane, select "IMAP Folders," click "Search," locate the missing folder, and then click "Subscribe" to display it. If the problem persists, you can force sync by "Update Folder List."
